Brooke Hunter

Brooke Hunter is an American Cypriot who grew up in the Midwest. She moved to California in 2016, after receiving a scholarship to study at Laguna College of Art and Design.

Brooke enjoys painting subjects such as the human figure and still life. Her goal is to capture those feelings and thoughts that are so often just fleeting moments and turn them into something that feels grounded, cohesive, and relatable.

She received her BFA in Drawing and Painting spring of 2020 and is currently teaching in Santa Ana at the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) and from her private studio in Fullerton, CA.
