Gretchen Parker

Gretchen Evans Parker, CPSA/CPX - OTRL/ret., Since retiring she has realized her childhood dream of a second career in fine art. She is self taught and enjoys the avant garde medium of colored pencil. It allows her to achieve fine detail and realism in her paintings. Gretchen's work has been well-received in the National and International art world. Her commissioned portraits hang in homes around North America. Her work has won many awards and honors including both signature statuses in the Colored Pencil Society of America. She is also a juried member of the International Guild of Realism. Gretchen has written extensively about colored pencil artwork. Her work has been featured in several  publications locally, nationally, and internationally.
