A forty-plus year career as a professional illustrator, fine artist, and graphic designer makes for a very long biography. Below is a condensed version.

ABOUT:
Originally from Southern California, Jeff was raised in Redondo Beach before residing in various Los Angeles and Orange County locations.
1980- Began working as a professional illustrator in CA. (Freelance, with agents in LA and NYC)
1997- Began employment as a product illustrator/designer for Lakeshore Learning Materials. (CA.)
2017- Retired from Lakeshore Learning and moved to Las Vegas NV.
2022- Followed family to Boise ID.

EDUCATION:
Otis Parsons Art Institute and School of Design. (Los Angeles)

MAJOR ART ORGINAZATIONS:
2002- Joined the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA)
2018- Joined the International Guild of Realism (IGOR)

TEACHING:
Has provided instruction for many colored pencil classes and workshops, and has served as judge/juror for several art and colored pencil exhibitions.

CURRENTLY:
Jeff hopes to spend more time establishing a colored pencil community for the CPSA in the greater Boise Idaho area, as well as continuing to create, teach, and assist his wife in establishing a presence in the handmade crafts and art quilting world.
