Shuang Li was born, raised, and classically trained in China. She paints watercolor, both plein-air and in studio, and focuses on portraying nature's lights, moods, and moments with her unique visual expression. She believes a plein air sketch not only records on-location exploration and observation, but that it also brings back memories of dramatic mood and movement of the location. Her demonstration will show how to turn fresh plein air sketches into a well-designed studio painting.
